The endless web
The endless web expands in every direction; through our bodies, through space and time. The web is a tissue of sensation, permeated by electrical messages that illuminate millennia of evolution in an instant.
In this class we will explore some properties of fascia as a connective tissue in its largest sense. In the ongoing discovery of this web we may find connections that serve us in our expansivity, connection to ourselves, to others, and to a sense of ease in movement that can bring depth and joy.
