This page is about my background as an osteopath. For general information about osteopathic treatment or to book an appointment click here.
I have a Masters in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy, Europe's oldest and largest osteopathic institution. I am registered with the General Osteopathic Council, a national body who oversee UK osteopaths, my practice of massage and shiatsu since 2005 and addition of dry needling adds breadth and depth to my treatment skills.
I have a background in mindfulness and embodiment approaches which can be beneficial to a wide range of patients in reducing stress and creating space for ease and joy.
For patients who are ready to be supported in integration of the psycho-emotional nature of their pain/body I am happy to include my understanding and practice of Internal Family Systems therapy in osteopathic treatment. Click here for more info on this powerful compassionate, approach.
I always tailor treatment, advice and exercises to the individual needs of each patient. I enjoy working with dancers with whom I share a common background, helping adapt movement patterns towards supportive, strong bodies, as well as applying my in-depth knowledge of movement to serve people from all walks of life.
