These workshops will be a deep dive into contact improvisation fundamentals: connection, weight-sharing/bearing, listening, flow, play, presence.
After we thoroughly enjoyed the December 2021 gathering in Frome with Zoë and Hugh we are doing the same again!
We will have workshops by day and jams in the evening. Also a snuggle space, plenty of tea and a Christmas tree.
Zoë and Hugh have been doing some research together to cook up some fun new movement avenues for us to explore. More details to come soon.
Open to beginners and ultimate experts of CI and all in-between.
If there is anyone new or fresh to CI who would like an intro workshop the week or weekend before get in touch, we can put something together if there is enough demand for it.
